In this case, individuals learn to accept responsibility, be self-sufficient and achieve the integration of behavior. Of the several definitions that has been stated above, it can be understood that a healthy person mentally is to create harmony in the functioning of the soul as well as the achievement of the ability to cope with everyday problems, so the feeling of happiness and contentment in him.

A person is said to have a healthy mental, when he avoid the symptoms of mental illness and take advantage of its potential to harmonize the function of the soul in him. Groups less healthy mentally. • Eat healthy foods and beverages
Our brain needs nutrients to stay healthy and functioning properly, such as organ
that is in our body. A balanced diet can help health
because it can help our mental way of thinking and the way we feel. Try
to consume 5 servings of fruits and vegetables every day and drinking water.
Minimize consumption of caffeinated drinks, high sugar levels, and alcohol. Avoid eating,
drinking alcohol, smoking, and using drugs to solve
problems or overcome the unpleasant feelings that we experience. Things like that do not
