Women always want to look ideal. Weight and height balanced, clear skin and shiny hair beautifully maintained. Many women who desperately diet in order to lose weight, but because of the way ended up sick or might be getting fat. Not only Indonesian woman, the beautiful women in South Korea also envision body slim and charming.

South Korean famous singer Son Seung Yeon share her story in losing weight. Yeon managed to get down to 10 kg in a healthy way. Yeon got a lot of questions how can he move full whereas in the diet and the results of her diet so awesome.

Yeon said that his motivation is to change the diet the body becomes more proportional and healthy. During overweight, Yeon admitted the difficulty to find clothes that fit or move. "Finally I decided to fight diet. I know I can" said Yeon. Yeon began running his diet.

Diet undertaken by Yeon does not involve drugs or any supplements at all. Yeon opt for a healthy diet with exercise such as Yoga diet and exercise every day and keep eating. Yeon admitted that during this time he likes to eat fatty foods. "I stopped eating all sorts of fatty foods and replace them with a bowl of fruit or vegetable" he said again.

After struggling for several months, now Yeon get the body she wants, trim and toned charming. Yeon said he was happy because now he feels fitter and easy to find clothes that fit. "If you want a diet, you should try and it can not be instant, must exercise" Yeon lid.
